The Richmond Hill Museum is a repository of information and artifacts highlighting the history of Ways Station, Richmond Hill, Bryan Neck, Keller, and all of Bryan County. Our area is rich with the influence of more than three centuries of history. The Museum is a resource for both local residents and visitors. In the Museum one will find books, maps, items of interest of daily life in the early and mid 20th century, historical artifacts, personal stories, and historical information indigenous to our coastal region. Children and adults alike can come to the Museum and touch a bit of the past.

The Richmond Hill Historical Society provides funding for operating the Museum through membership dues, donations, gift shop sales, and sponsorships. We have two part-time employees at the museum that are available to answer questions about the area, lead tours of the building, co-ordinate the use of our Research Facilities, handle the phones, and run our Gift Shop. The Society also offers a monthly lecture series, at the museum, on the first Thursday of each month, at 7:00 PM.

The Gift Shop has one of the most extensive collections of books on the history of our local area and other communities along the Georgia Coast.
